To submit a return/exchange/alteration, fill out this form as soon as possible. We will review your request and confirm your options. You will receive an email from us with return shipping information that you must print and include with your item.

Only unworn, new-condition items with tags are accepted.
Returns will be issued back to your original form of payment.

Custom Corsetry and Costumes

Corsetry and custom items are FINAL SALE. In the event of an ill-fitting or defective item, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We are not responsible for client information given to us incorrectly. We work closely with clients to minimize issues. Fill out the form describing the problem, and we will work with you on a solution.

In-stock corsetry and merchandise

Original condition in-stock corsetry and merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of mail delivery or in-studio purchase. For hygienic reasons, all lingerie and hosiery are FINAL SALE. Promotional and clearance items are also FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
