Production Time

Typical turnaround time is listed on our front page under the respected portfolio sections. You will get a more accurate turnaround time during the project discussion. In some circumstances, we may be able to accommodate rush orders. There may be a 20% rush fee and additional shipping charges.

Pattern Archive And Design Exclusivity

We keep all the patterns of your garments so we may be able to replace pieces if they get lost or require upgrades. If your fabric is unique and scraps are left over, we usually send them to you with your costume. We do not replicate any costumes without the permission of the original owner. Although we design your costume to be unique to your ideas, similarities in silhouettes and inspiration may be common. We have an in-house line of corset, lingerie and garment patterns that are a staple to our style.

Deposit Terms

All corset and costume orders require a 50% deposit to start and the rest is due upon completion. You will have 15 days after the order is complete to pay in full unless other arrangements are made.

We accept Credit, PayPal, and E-Transfer. We accept all major forms of payment in-studio.

Shipping

Canada Post Expresspost is our default. Once orders arrive to your country, they are processed by your national courier (i.e. Royal Mail).
DHL For overnight or two-day shipping. You are responsible for any duties that may incur. Other couriers available upon request.
Local Pickup We offer pick up at our Edmonton studio via appointments.

Return/Exchange

Because of the personal and custom nature of our custom products, they are FINAL SALE. In event of an ill fit or defect item, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Clients are responsible for all return shipping. If the fitting issues are our fault, we can alter the garment at no extra cost and pay for the shipment back to the client.

There is a 14 day exchange/store credit policy for unworn in-stock products from the moment you receive the product in the mail or from date of in-store purchase. All tags must be attached or policy will be void. For hygienic reasons, all lingerie products are FINAL SALE. Store credit is given through e-gift card or in-store physical gift card.
