Sweet Carousel Corsetry is a Canadian run business, the default currency on this website is in Canadian dollars. You are able to change to your desired currency on the left of your layout. These are estimates only and the final charge will adjust to the current exchange rate.

Production Time

We have listed the exact turn-around time right on our main page for you. Our usual processing time is 4-6 weeks. All in-house corsets and garments are made-to-order unless stated otherwise so please allow plenty of time for special occasions.

Need your order sooner then stated? Just let us know and hopefully we can rush it for you. A rush fee of $40-80 will be charged if we are able to confirm your order. Rush orders may not be available during peak seasons and for custom formal and bridal wear. Of course, it never hurts to ask.

Placing an online order

This website is run with a secured shopping cart software for your ease of purchasing. We provided information about us and our products in the top layout menus. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions.

When you see an item you like, fill out the options listed and click on "Add to Basket" to save it to your basket. Once you are complete browsing our products, click "View Basket" and review your choices, making adjustments if needed and choose your shipping option. Once you are satisfied, click "Checkout" and follow the payment and confirmations. You will recieve a confirmation email if it went through and we will be notified of your order and process it.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payments:

PayPal: You can use MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and Debit securely with this popular and secure online method. Get an account at PayPal.com

Visa/Mastercard: Your credit card details are securely encrypted in our database for us to manually process it through our credit card reader. Upon approval we delete the credit card information off our server. If you are uncomfortable submitting this secured information online, you can choose "Manual Payment" upon checkout then call us and we can process it through telephone at (780) 709-5547.

Online Interac Money Transfer: Available to Canadian orders only. All you need is an online personal banking account with CIBC, TD, Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal or Scotiabank. It costs only an extra $1.50 for every transfer.

Wire Bank Transfers: Available worldwide through your bank. Must be sent in Canadian Dollars. This method may incur extra fee's depending on your location and bank.

Please note: All methods beside Paypal is made through the "Manual Payment" option when you check out. You will recieve instructions on now to pay once you confirm your order.

In Person: We accept cash, debit, visa and mastercard at our studio. NO cheques please!

We ship only using express or priority shipping with insurance, tracking, and signature. Packages are shipped discretely under "Sweet Carousel".

If you live in Edmonton and area, you are able to pick up your order at our studio to waive any shipping costs. Just choose "Pick up in Edmonton" in the shipping option and we'll arrange an appointment for you to come by.

Easy Installment Terms

For easy budgeting we do offer installments for orders over $295. We offer 50/50% installments. You will have 60 days after the order is complete to pay in full or apply to the balance unless other arrangements are made. If you would like to be put on an installment plan, contact us through our form with product ID's and options and we'll make you a custom invoice.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

IMPORTANT! There is a 30 day return/exchange policy for any READY-MADE corsetry, apparel and accessory from the moment you receive the product in the mail. Contact us immediately if you want to send an item back. Because of the personal and custom nature of our made-to-order products, they are FINAL SALE. Corsets are guaranteed as described and free from defect. In event of a defect corset, it will be repaired or replaced in discretion of the corsetiere. Obvious signs of abuse will not be considered for a replacement. For hygienic reasons, all lingerie products are also FINAL SALE.
